Having commenced his real estate career in 1972, Lloyd opened his own business in West Perth in 1982, covering all facets of real estate over his nearly 50 years in the industry. His marketing ideas and strategies reflect his down to earth attitude.
As Licensee, Lloyd has sold and managed property throughout Western Australia, particularly the metropolitan area, including commercial in Perth CBD, West Perth and Subiaco. He has also sold and managed property in Sydney NSW, including Pitt Street Mall since 1996.
He is a highly skilled negotiator with high attention to detail and exceptional professionalism.
Over the past 15 years Lloyd has also specialised in Facility Management for a number of high rise commercial and residential properties.

Peter commenced his property career in 1988 specialising in Commercial Property Management.
Throughout his career Peter has managed and leased a wide range of properties from small Strata units to large office complexes and retail centres including landmark properties such as QV1, Central Park, enex 100 and Forest Chase for private individuals and corporate clients.
In 2008 Peter moved to Sydney with the responsibility of expanding Bankwest’s branches and Business Centres across SA, NSW, VIC and QLD.
Peter also commenced his own business in 2018, Attica Property Group, specialising in Tenant Advocacy and Property Consultancy. Peter merged his company with Lloyd Collins Property Consultants in September 2019.
Peter holds degrees in Science, Education and Property and is a Triennial Licence holder.
Tom BlackleyGeneral Manager – Facilities Management Services
Tom commenced in the property industry in 1989 with the then WA State Government Insurance Office (SGIO). Having been challenged with many roles progressing to WA/SA State Property Manager for SGIO’s new parent company Insurance Australia (AIG).
Tom commenced with Lloyd Collins Property Consultants in August 2003 as Property Manager before taking on the role of Facility Manager to provide a greater focus on facility management services and to oversee a varied commercial property portfolio of building refurbishment projects.
